Day 1 of Project Fit began today.
The motivation? I’m leaving for Orlando in 44 days and I’m dreading the idea of a bikini.
The plan is to commit to cardio and weights once a day until I leave for Florida.
I ran from home to the Rose Garden and back which is approximately a little under three miles.
